We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our retail team.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Achieve sales targets and support store KPIs
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Support visual merchandising and store presentation
- Handle billing, exchanges, and customer inquiries
- Maintain stock availability and store cleanliness
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth store operations
Requirements
- Previous fashion retail or customer service experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for fashion and sales
- Positive attitude and teamwork spirit
- Flexible to work retail shifts, weekends, and holidays
- English communication is required;
