Organization

  • It contributes to achieving store sales and performance efficiency indicators through building a strong connection with customers and achieving the company's brand values.

Main responsibilities

  • The sales manager should be aware of sales objectives as well as individual goals and work actively to achieve or exceed these goals using all available resources within the stores.
  • Meeting or exceeding customer expectations, and enhancing sales and brand experience by using the appropriate elements of the Adidas customer service model.
  • Create a good relationship with every customer by being an enthusiastic ambassador for the Adidas brand.
  • The company proactively sought to incorporate basic and seasonal product knowledge into its service approach within its assigned store area(s).
  • Maintaining an attractive environment and facilitating shopping for customers through the consistent implementation of visual marketing standards.
  • Adhering to policies and procedures to maintain a safe shopping and working environment.
  • Ensuring the availability of in store product displays for customers by assisting with deliveries and renewing minimum sales requirements.
  • Complete sales transactions quickly and accurately while adhering to cash protection procedures.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities

  • Professional competencies for retail
  • Education and experience required / Minimum qualifications for a salesperson: Recent graduate with no experience or one year of experience in sales especially sportswear.
  • Arabic language fluent in speaking and writing
  • effective communication skills
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to persuade
  • Education and experience required / Minimum qualifications for an exhibition manager: english language, Leadership experience within retail stores

  • KEY RELATIONSHIPS: Consumers, Peers and Supervisor
  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Preferably between 1 2 months working in a sports/fashion customer & commercial focused retail environment. For Store Managers, 2 years experience as a store manager/supervisor is a must. Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills
