Position Overview

As a Store Manager, you are responsible for leading daily operations, developing a high-performing team, driving financial performance, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about coaching and development, and is committed to maintaining the highest brand standards.

Operations Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while upholding FACE FOUNDRIÉ brand standards
  • Drive store performance by meeting or exceeding key business metrics, including: Service revenue Average ticket Client count Rebooking percentage Retail sales

  • Identify opportunities for business growth through staffing, scheduling, coaching, and operational improvements
  • Oversee all aspects of team management, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee development
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety procedures, sanitation standards, and legal requirements
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide consistent coaching and feedback
  • Create and maintain team schedules to ensure proper coverage and operational efficiency
  • Oversee inventory management and maintain appropriate product and supply levels
  • Assist in forecasting sales goals, growth opportunities, and operational planning

Financial Management

Partner with the store owner to develop and manage the store budget

Monitor financial performance and analyze reports to identify opportunities for revenue growth and expense management

Implement strategies to achieve profitability, sales goals, and operational success

Customer Experience

Ensure the delivery of high-quality services and an exceptional guest experience

Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner

Foster a positive, welcoming, and team-oriented environment for both guests and staff

Leadership, Training & Development

Lead by example through professionalism, productivity, and service excellence

Perform services on guests while maintaining strong technical standards

Coach, mentor, and develop team members to support individual and store growth

Identify professional development opportunities for employees and support career progression

Ensure attendance and participation in all required trainings and product education

Conduct verbal and technical interviews to identify talent aligned with store goals and culture

Marketing & Community Engagement

Partner with the owner to execute marketing initiatives that drive client acquisition and retention

Support local events, promotions, partnerships, and community outreach opportunities

Assist with social media and brand visibility efforts as needed

Qualifications

  • Active Esthetician License required
  • Previous salon, spa, or beauty management experience preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of management or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team
  • Strong understanding of sales performance and operational management
  • Passion for skincare, guest experience, and team development

Job Details

Full-Time, Hourly Non-Exempt

Pay Range, $20 - $35 per hour

Nights and weekends required
