The Front Bar Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest that comes through the door!

They are responsible for maintaining a positive environment that maintains and exceeds standards in guest services, phone etiquette and product and service recommendations.

As a Front Bar Receptionist you will perform the following critical functions.

• Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
• Responsible for maintaining an organized schedule.
• Explain, sell, recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Work with the manager to notify when supplies of any kind are low to ensure we have all items on hand.
• Assist in all in store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.
• Follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures before, during and after services; ensure board compliance at all times.
• Responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times.

• Sales and Marketing Experience

• Current Esthetics Students are preferred

Education: High school, or equivalent
