Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and experienced **Store/Salon Manager** to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service.
The Manager will be responsible for maintaining high service standards, achieving sales targets, supervising employees, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the business.
Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations of the store/salon to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper presentation of the premises.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of products or supplies.
- Ensure all equipment, tools, and facilities are properly maintained.
Staff Supervision
- Train, and supervise staff members.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
- Ensure employees follow company policies, hygiene, and service standards.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Customer Service
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and encourage repeat business.
Sales And Business Development
- Monitor sales performance and work to achieve revenue targets.
- Promote services/products and encourage upselling.
- Implement marketing promotions and loyalty programs.
Financial And Administrative Duties
- Manage daily cash handling and basic financial reporting.
- Monitor expenses and help control operational costs.
- Maintain proper records, reports, and documentation.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and local regulations.
- Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
