Job Description
- Ensuring business strategies are in place in achieving Retail KPIs including sales and cost targets
- Ensure that inventory and Days of Stock (DOS) is maintained at target levels
- Ensure smooth day to day operations of the store in compliance with SOPs
- Ensure availability of store range and promotion stock through RP and manual replenishments
- Ensure efficient staff deployment and efficiency of manpower
- Ensure the store ambiance, cleanliness, merchandise displays, planogram etc. are maintained
- Analyze reports and implement necessary corrective actions towards KPIs
- Derive and strategize processes for efficient store operations
