Role Description

  • Store Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the full daily operations of Emirati District, ensuring smooth workflow, strong customer service, accurate stock management, compliance with airport regulations, and high standards of visual merchandising.
  • The role includes supervising staff, coordinating logistics, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring operational excellence in a fast paced airport environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day to day store operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
  • Monitor store readiness including cleanliness, product availability, and display standards.
  • Ensure compliance with airport authority regulations and company policies.
  • Supervise store staff.
  • Assign daily tasks, break schedules, and work rotations.
  • Monitor attendance, punctuality, and shift performance.
  • Provide training and continuous coaching to staff.
  • Support performance improvement and report HR related issues when needed.
  • Ensure high level of customer service behavior from all staff.
  • Ensure achievement of daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Monitor customer service standards and ensure premium experience.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+years’ experience in retail operations or supervisory role.
  • Experience in luxury retail
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
  • Ability to work in shift schedules (including weekends/holidays).
  • Team management.
