Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- Business Development Manager will lead the company's sales and business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities, securing strategic partnerships, expanding the customer base, and achieving aggressive revenue growth targets.
- The role requires a highly motivated sales professional with extensive experience in the Food & Beverage industry and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Generate new business opportunities and secure contracts with key customers.
- Identify and pursue high value sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Increase market capacity and customer purchase.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when required.
- Maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Research and identify market trends and growth opportunities.

Qualifications
