Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • Business Development Manager will lead the company's sales and business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities, securing strategic partnerships, expanding the customer base, and achieving aggressive revenue growth targets.
  • The role requires a highly motivated sales professional with extensive experience in the Food & Beverage industry and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Generate new business opportunities and secure contracts with key customers.
  • Identify and pursue high value sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Increase market capacity and customer purchase.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when required.
  • Maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Research and identify market trends and growth opportunities.
  • Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and long term partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities for product expansion and modification.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with qualification in sales; preferably MBA.
  • Minimum 10 years of sales and business development experience.
  • Minimum 5 years within the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth.
  • Existing network within the UAE F&B market is highly preferred.
  • Strong B2B sales experience.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and planning.
  • Market analysis and forecasting.
  • Relationship management.
  • Contract negotiation.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results.
