Role Overview
Store Manager role focused on inventory and warehouse operations for materials supporting project sites.
The role requires accurate ERP transactions, stock control, reporting, documentation, and coordination with internal departments and vendors.
Inventory and ERP Operations
- Maintain stock entries, material receipts, and issue vouchers in Focus X ERP.
- Monitor inventory levels and generate stock reports.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels in Focus X.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updating of all store transactions.
Material Documentation and Movement
- Control GRN, LPO, delivery notes, and transfer entries.
- Track material movement between the warehouse and project sites.
- Control material wastage, shortages, and excess stock.
- Handle supplier and vendor-related inventory transactions.
Reconciliation and Data Management
- Perform stock reconciliation and physical inventory verification.
- Maintain accurate item coding and material master data.
