Role Overview
Plan, manage, and supervise construction activities to deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to UAE regulations and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations and coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, progress reports, and cost control measures.
- Manage the workforce, allocate tasks, and resolve technical or site issues promptly.
- Review drawings and BOQ, and approve materials and workmanship quality.
- Conduct site inspections and safety audits, and enforce HSE procedures.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities for approvals and inspections.
- Ensure timely procurement and effective resource planning.
- Handle variations and change orders while maintaining accurate documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 10–15 years of UAE construction experience.
- Strong knowledge of local regulations, authority approvals, and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
