The Role
The Store Manager oversees the operations and team of one UAE store.
The role combines store management with direct customer engagement and relationship building.
Store Operations and Sales
- Run daily store operations, including opening and closing, staffing, and floor supervision.
- Own daily, weekly, and monthly store sales results.
- Manage the sales floor to drive conversion, average transaction value, and units per transaction.
- Ensure stock availability, correct pricing, and accurate stock handling.
- Maintain store standards, visual merchandising, and overall presentation.
- Control stock movement, counts, and documentation, and investigate discrepancies.
- Ensure strong loss prevention practices.
Customer Experience
- Lead customer experience by example while present on the sales floor.
- Handle VIP clients and complex customer situations.
- Ensure consistent luxury service and follow up on customer feedback.
Team Management and Training
- Manage daily scheduling, task allocation, priorities, and expectations for the store team.
- Conduct performance check-ins and address performance issues promptly.
- Create a positive, high-energy working environment.
- Ensure new joiners complete onboarding and understand store procedures.
- Reinforce product updates, selling guidelines, service standards, and basic sales techniques.
- Identify skill gaps and flag training needs to the Retail Manager.

Candidate Requirements
- At least five years of relevant experience managing retail stores within the UAE in luxury, watches, or jewelry.
- A relevant degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a similar field is desirable.
- Relevant certification in sales, management, or project management is desirable.
- Outstanding communication skills in English and Arabic are required.
