Store Manager

Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability through KPIs, sales targets, and cost-control measures.
• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop a large retail team.
• Deliver customer experience aligned with MUJI brand values and standards.
• Analyze commercial reports and implement improvement action plans.
• Ensure visual merchandising, store presentation, and brand guideline compliance.
• Manage stock, replenishment, inventory control, and loss prevention.
• Oversee workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Implement talent development and succession planning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety, and operational standards.
• Build a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Store Manager is mandatory.
• Experience in a flagship or high-volume retail environment is preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen and a record of achieving sales and profitability targets are required.
• Experience managing large teams and developing future retail leaders is required.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, analytical, and decision-making skills are required.
• Passion for customer service and retail excellence is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail reporting systems is required.
