Role Overview
The company is seeking an experienced Store Manager for civil, MEP, and landscaping project materials.
The role covers construction stores and warehouse operations.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in construction or project stores is required.
- Good knowledge of civil, MEP, and landscaping materials is required.
- Experience in inventory control, material receiving, issuing, and stock management is required.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and store documentation is required.
- UAE construction experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of construction stores and warehouses.
- Receive, inspect, record, store, and issue materials against approved requirements.
- Maintain inventory records and stock control.
- Coordinate with procurement, project, MEP, civil, landscaping, and logistics teams.
- Monitor consumption, minimum stock levels, and material movements between projects.
- Prepare GRNs, material issue and return records, stock reports, and inventory reports.
- Conduct physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Control tools, equipment, consumables, spare parts, and project materials.
- Minimize material wastage, damage, loss, and unauthorized movement.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
Workplace
- The role is performed in person at the store or warehouse.
