Role Overview
Planning Engineer position supporting infrastructure and MEP projects in Ras al Khaimah.
The role covers project planning, design coordination, construction support, scheduling, cost control, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate project objectives with managers and team members.
- Identify risks and issues and propose solutions.
- Track project progress and adjust schedules.
- Estimate costs and resources and prepare project reports.
- Support design, site analysis, schematic design, and construction documentation.
- Supervise construction and installation within schedule and budget.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, laws, regulations, and codes.
Qualifications and Skills
- Three to four years of professional experience in MEP or civil project planning and engineering.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Proven experience with planning software.
- Strong project management skills and experience with large-scale projects.
- Experience with budget management and financial forecasting.
- Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure construction techniques and materials.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, teamwork, creative thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 6,500 to AED 8,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Ras al Khaimah.
- The hiring process includes a face-to-face session in RAK.
