You will report to the Area Manager and be responsible for:
Team & Culture: Build a skilled, passionate team by recruiting for values, coaching performance, developing capability and driving service excellence.
Leadership: Lead through the Autobarn values, inspiring an inclusive, high‑performing team while driving sales growth, operational excellence and customer experience.
Health & Safety: Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance and proactive risk management
Store Standards: Maintain visual merchandising, promotional accuracy, and presentation standards
Financial & Admin: Manage budgets, rostering, inventory, and performance metrics to optimise results and minimise loss

The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior retail leader
Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop high‑performing teams
A sales‑driven mindset with the capability to deliver financial results and KPI’s
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
A values‑led, collaborative, and adaptable approach, with the ability to lead change and build strong customer and retail relationships
