Position Overview
Oversee daily store operations, lead the team, and ensure excellent customer service and operational standards.
Manage staff, control costs, drive sales, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations, staff scheduling, duty allocation, and staffing levels.
- Lead, train, motivate, supervise, and coach store staff.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints.
- Monitor sales, cash handling, transactions, costs, waste, and operational expenses.
- Manage stock, ordering, deliveries, inventory, and product quality.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and presentation standards.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and legal requirements are followed.
- Coordinate with management, suppliers, and other departments.
- Implement operational improvements and support promotions, new products, procedures, and company initiatives.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
Requirements
- Previous experience in store management, branch management, hospitality, retail, or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, team management, communication, customer service, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
