Role Overview
Assist customers, handle inquiries, resolve service issues, and provide professional support across communication channels.
The role includes customer requests, accurate information, service transactions, record maintenance, and positive customer experiences.
Relevant backgrounds include customer service, call centers, retail, hospitality, sales support, administration, and related service environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries by phone, email, live chat, messaging platforms, and in person when required.
- Provide information about products, services, policies, procedures, and customer requests.
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions within company guidelines.
- Handle complaints, concerns, and service issues professionally.
- Investigate problems and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve them.
- Follow up with customers to confirm satisfactory resolution.
- Process requests, orders, bookings, returns, exchanges, and other transactions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions and resolutions.
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues when necessary.
- Monitor pending cases, response times, and service standards.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, logistics, technical support, finance, and other teams.
