Purpose of the Job

Store Operations

• Apply the shift plan according to daily depot requirements.
• Prioritize and delegate duties to achieve operational objectives.
• Recognize and resolve discrepancies as they arise.
• Receive goods according to standard operating procedures.
• Pick orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper records.
• Perform other duties requested by the Operations Manager and Supervisor.
• Maintain standards for health and safety, housekeeping, food safety, accuracy, discipline, and performance.

Storage and Inventory

• Maintain stock integrity, adequate records, and documentation supporting accurate stock levels.
• Store goods in predefined locations with correct coding, labeling, and storage conditions.
• Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile stock to maintain inventory accuracy.

Documentation and Issuing

• Process administration and documents for issuing, receiving, and returns according to company policies.
• Monitor product issuing according to release dates and FIFO requirements.

Loading and Waste Handling

• Coordinate the loading and unloading of sales vans according to planning.
• Dispose of wasted products and record waste according to company procedures.

Store Environment and SHEQ

• Maintain housekeeping and hygiene standards in the store environment.
• Apply SHEQ regulations and procedures for storekeeping.
• Maintain health and food safety standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree minimum.
• At least two years of experience in a similar job, preferably with FMCG companies.
• Good working knowledge of warehouse procedures.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and/or RF systems.
• Willingness to work in temperature-controlled environments, including freezers and chillers.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, especially during holiday periods.
• Ability to operate a forklift or material-handling equipment.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
