Role Overview
Maintain accurate real-time tracking of retail products, professional back-bar supplies, consumables, and uniforms at branch level.
Coordinate with Procurement, eliminate discrepancies between physical counts and software records, and provide weekly and monthly reports.
Daily Stock Management
- Maintain a daily stock register for incoming deliveries, internal back-bar consumption, and retail sales.
- Keep physical shelf stock synchronized with salon management and inventory software in real time.
Procurement Coordination
- Report low-stock thresholds immediately to the Procurement department.
- Ensure new purchase orders receive live updates in the inventory software.
Inventory Reporting
- Conduct branch-wise weekly stock counts and submit variance and stock-level reports to management.
- Generate monthly opening and closing stock reports covering valuation, consumption trends, and dead-stock identification.
