Role Overview
Maintain accurate, real-time tracking of salon inventory at branch level.
Coordinate with Procurement, eliminate stock discrepancies, and provide weekly and monthly inventory reports.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintain a daily stock register for deliveries, back-bar consumption, and retail sales.
- Synchronize physical shelf stock with salon management and inventory software in real time.
- Report low-stock thresholds to Procurement and update new purchase orders in the software.
- Conduct branch-wise weekly stock counts and submit variance and stock-level reports to management.
- Generate monthly opening and closing stock reports with valuation, consumption trends, and dead-stock identification.
Qualifications and Skills
- Require 1 to 3 years of experience in inventory control, storekeeping, or stock auditing.
- Salon, spa, retail, or hospitality experience is a strong advantage.
- Require proficiency in inventory management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excel capability must include VLOOKUP and basic formulas.
- Require integrity, attention to detail, organization, and effective interdepartmental communication.
Key Performance Indicators
Inventory accuracy is measured by zero variance between physical counts and software records.
Weekly and monthly inventory reports must be submitted punctually.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000 to AED 6,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person.
