About the Role
Al Kabeer Group is looking for a Store Incharge to manage daily store operations including stock receiving, issuance, counts, and inventory control. The role involves supervising delivery drivers and store staff, optimizing delivery routes, and coordinating with sales and merchandising teams.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations including stock receiving, stock issuance, stock counts, and inventory control activities
- Ensure proper implementation and compliance with FIFO and FEFO principles for finished goods management
- Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee inbound and outbound inventory operations
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconciliation to maintain inventory accuracy
- Plan and optimize delivery routes geographically and based on customer delivery time windows
- Coordinate closely with sales and merchandising teams to ensure efficient delivery scheduling and execution
- Supervise and manage delivery drivers, helpers, and store staff to ensure operational efficiency and discipline
- Monitor delivery performance and ensure on time and accurate customer deliveries
- Serve as the central operational coordination point for Dubai operations, ensuring smooth communication across teams
Requirements
- Experience in inventory management and stock control
- Knowledge of FIFO and FEFO principles
- Ability to supervise delivery drivers and store staff
- Experience in delivery route planning
