Overview
- Lead monthly demand planning cycle across GCC markets including UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar.
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts using historical trends, market intelligence, promotions, seasonality, and business inputs.
- Analyze forecast variances and implement corrective actions to improve forecast accuracy and bias reduction.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to align demand assumptions.
- Drive and manage the end-to-end S&OP process across manufacturing and distribution businesses.
- Conduct monthly S&OP review meetings with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Ensure alignment between demand plans, production capacity, procurement planning, and inventory targets.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools for management visibility and decision-making.
- Collaborate with manufacturing plants and distribution centers to ensure uninterrupted product availability.
- Optimize inventory levels while minimizing excess stock, slow-moving inventory, and stock-outs.
- Support procurement planning and replenishment strategies for frozen food categories including Meat, Chicken, Beef, Vegetables & Fruits, Vegetarian products.
- Lead initiatives to centralize planning functions and standardize planning processes across business units.
- Implement and enhance planning tools, automation systems, dashboards, and analytical reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on logistics cost optimization, warehouse cost reduction, inventory efficiency, service level improvement, and planning automation.
- Coordinate with regional business teams, manufacturing plants, procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations.
- Support management with business insights, demand risks, supply constraints, and mitigation strategies.
- Present planning performance reports and KPIs to senior leadership.
