About the Role

- Lead, train, and supervise the store team; ensure adherence to company policies
- Manage daily store operations: receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and dispatching materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records, real time system posting, cycle counts, and stock accuracy
- Document all warehouse transactions, deliveries, and material movements
- Coordinate timely delivery of materials to projects and production
- Organize store layout and ensure proper storage of high value materials
- Monitor consumable stock levels and tool issuance/returns
- Verify supplies received against requisitions and invoices; report discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards
- Prepare operational reports and support management with required documentation
Requirements
- Proven experience in storekeeping, warehouse supervision, or similar roles
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and documentation processes
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory systems
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast paced environment
- Commitment to safety, accuracy, and operational discipline
