Stock Control Team Leader

Lead staff and workflow in your assigned area

Ensure safe working practices are followed

Coach and support team development

Assist with performance, conduct, and absence management

Drive continuous improvement and support projects

Ensure team performance meets key KPIs (accuracy, productivity, service)

Maintain stock accuracy through counting, investigation, and adjustments

Work closely with operations to ensure efficient stock flow

Support internal stakeholders with stock-related queries

Leadership experience, ideally in logistics, retail, or e?commerce

Experienced in managing teams

Knowledge of WMS (e.g., JDA) and strong Excel skills

Background in stock control, inventory, production, or quality

Accurate, quality?focused, and improvement?minded

Strong communicator who engages and motivates team

Analytical approach and highly attentive to details

Automation experience desirable
