CI Manager

People Leadership:

Leads and develops a team of CI Specialists by setting clear direction, coaching team members and ensuring consistent delivery of improvement activities within the operational area.

Problem Solving:

Analyses operational issues using multiple sources of information, identifies root causes and supports the implementation of effective, practical solutions within the local context.

Continuous Improvement:

Applies standard improvement methodologies and tools to drive consistent and structured performance improvements, ensuring alignment with centrally defined approaches and local operational needs.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience

Proven experience in Continuous Improvement within an operational environment (Lean, Six Sigma or similar)

Experience leading and developing teams in a performance-driven environment

Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into practical improvements

Good understanding of warehouse, logistics or operational processes

Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills

Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across functions

Pragmatic, results-focused approach with a passion for continuous improvement
