Stock Associate - Full-Time

Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, combined with excellent communication skills

Team-oriented with a friendly and energetic personality

Strong problem-solving abilities and able to adapt to changing inventory needs and store demands

Basic math proficiency for scheduled inventory counts and supporting loss prevention efforts

Adheres to company policies and maintains compliance with workplace safety standards and protocols

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods of time

Ability to bend, stoop, and reach for products on shelves or storage areas

Comfortable using ladders or step stools to climb and access higher shelves or stock

Willing to work in a retail setting that may require moderate noise levels, bright lighting, or fluctuations in temperature
