Wellington's Stewardship & Sustainable Investment team plays a key role in bringing together our sustainable investment capabilities and the firm's stewardship activities, helping to enhance long-term value for our clients. We are seeking a Stewardship Analyst to join this collaborative team, which sits within the COO Group on our Investment Platform, as we seek to scale our capabilities across engagement, proxy voting and stewardship operations .

This role will support Wellington's stewardship activities by partnering with investment professionals to execute company engagements, inform proxy voting decisions, and advance research on governance and other financially material sustainability issues. The successful candidate will be highly collaborative and establish credibility across multiple teams to contribute to engagement prioritization, proxy analysis, stewardship reporting, and the scaling of stewardship processes to deliver strong long-term outcomes for clients.
