Documentation & Reporting Preparation of design reports, calculation sheets, and technical submittals Review and coordination of material submittals and inspection requests Experience in as-built documentation and project close-out procedures Quality, Safety & Compliance Adherence to quality control standards in steel fabrication and erection Familiarity with site inspection procedures, third-party approvals, and testing Understanding of HSE practices related to structural works Coordination & Communication Coordination with architects, MEP, civil teams, and project managers Effective communication with consultants, contractors, and fabricators Ability to lead design review meetings and resolve technical issues Software & IT Skills Advanced skills in: AutoCAD STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000 MS Excel for calculations and reporting Familiarity with BIM coordination tools like Navisworks (optional but beneficial)
