Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate steel fixing works at the construction site.
- Lead and manage steel fixers, workers, and helpers.
- Ensure reinforcement works follow approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other construction teams.
- Monitor daily work progress and manpower requirements.
- Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Steel Fixer Foreman.
- Strong knowledge of steel fixing and reinforcement works.
- Ability to read and understand structural and shop drawings.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- UAE construction experience is preferred.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
Workplace
- Work location is in person at a construction site.
