Role Overview
The Ducting Foreman will supervise site ducting installation and lead ducting workers and helpers.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate ducting installation work at site.
- Lead and manage ducting workers and helpers.
- Ensure installation follows approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other MEP teams.
- Monitor daily work progress and manpower requirements.
- Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Ducting Foreman.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC ducting installation.
- Ability to read and understand ducting and shop drawings.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- UAE construction experience is preferred.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
Workplace
- Work location is in person at a UAE construction site.
