Position Overview
The Parks and Recreation Division is seeking a permanent Standards Coordinator for the Digital Customer Experience and Change Management unit.
The role supports projects and initiatives, tracks progress to completion, and reports to the Senior Project Manager.
Work Location
- North York Civic Centre, 5100 Yonge Street, North York, Ontario.
Employment Details
- Full-time, permanent position with a salary range of $89,337 to $132,880.
- Monday to Friday schedule of 35 hours per week.
Project Coordination
- Develop detailed plans and recommendations, manage assigned projects, and support effective teamwork, quality, and continuous learning.
- Coordinate project information and artifacts for the I&T project gating process.
- Maintain action, issue, risk, and change logs and provide regular due-action snapshots.
Meetings and Governance
- Arrange meetings, workshops, venues, invitations, and project materials.
