Standards and Resource Governance Lead

Experience of developing or governing maintenance standards, procedures or technical documentation.

An understanding of competency management, skills matrices, training records and authorisation processes.

Working knowledge of health and safety, regulatory compliance and process safety expectations .

The ability to assess operational risk and make balanced, evidence-led decisions.

Strong communication , stakeholder management and influencing skills.

The ability to translate technical requirements into clear, practical standards and guidance.

A logical and systematic approach, with excellent attention to detail.

Confidence using digital systems, data and reporting tools.
