Key Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, and manage all project stakeholders and establish and maintain a comprehensive stakeholder list.
- Develop and implement stakeholder communication and coordination plans to ensure smooth information flow.
- Serve as the primary communication and coordination point between the project and the owner, consulting firms, government agencies, and related entities.
- Organize and participate in coordination meetings with stakeholders, and track and implement meeting resolutions.
- Coordinate the processing of various government approvals, permits, and NOC (No Objection Certificate) procedures.
- Promptly handle coordination issues involving third parties during project progress to minimize impact on construction schedule.
- Maintain good relationships with government departments, regulatory agencies, and the surrounding community.
- Identify and manage stakeholder-related risks and propose countermeasures.
- Report regularly to project management on stakeholder communication and coordination progress.
- Complete other related tasks assigned by project management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Communications, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in stakeholder management or a related role.
- Proven experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of UAE government approval and NOC processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure.
