Job Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support to the management team.
- Coordinate communication between Chinese management and local staff.
- Assist in translation and interpretation (Chinese–English) during meetings and daily work.
- Arrange meetings, travel schedules, and accommodation for staff.
- Maintain office records, files, and internal documentation.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist with procurement of office supplies and administrative resources.
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Fluent in
- Chinese and English
- (spoken and written).
- Minimum
- 2–3 years of administrative experience
- (experience in Chinese companies is preferred).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
