Serve as a key liaison lead for ministerial and government agencies on major projects.
The role covers stakeholder liaison for major multidisciplinary infrastructure programmes.
Responsibilities
- Act as a key liaison with ministerial and government agencies for major infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate engagement with project stakeholders across multidisciplinary infrastructure programmes.
- Establish and apply stakeholder engagement theory and practice.
- Build effective working relationships internally and with project stakeholders.
- Coordinate awareness of regulatory specifications, permit approvals, and construction requirements.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 20 years of overall postgraduate experience in similar roles.
- Minimum 12 years of experience working in a Programme Management Consultant organization or similar.
- Experience delivering large multidisciplinary infrastructure programmes.
- Experience as a key liaison lead for ministerial and government agencies on major projects.
- Minimum 10 years of GCC work experience.
Qualifications
- University degree from a recognized university in an appropriate field or equivalent.
- Professional qualification or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Driver’s Licence.
Preferred Infrastructure Experience
- Preference is given to experience with drainage pipelines, wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, TSE pipelines, surface groundwater systems, underground services, and civil structures.
