Job Summary
Stakeholder Engineer role supporting an infrastructure project team in Abu Dhabi.
The role manages stakeholder coordination, approvals, NOCs, interface issues, and communication across project parties.
The role requires knowledge of Abu Dhabi infrastructure projects, authority requirements, NOC processes, and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with government authorities, utility providers, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
- Coordinate stakeholder requirements through infrastructure design and construction phases.
- Liaise with Abu Dhabi Municipality, DMT, ITC, ADDC/AADC, EtihadWE, ADSSC, telecom operators, and other relevant entities.
- Review drawings, technical submissions, and documents for stakeholder requirements and interface issues.
- Follow up on NOCs, permits, approvals, clearances, and technical submissions.
- Track submissions and approvals against project timelines.
- Resolve stakeholder conflicts and utility interface issues with design and construction teams.
- Maintain stakeholder registers, approval trackers, NOC logs, correspondence records, and interface matrices.
- Attend coordination meetings and report approval status, outstanding issues, and potential delays.
- Coordinate utility services, diversions, protection, and connections.
