Support timely acquisition of required NOCs, permits, and approvals.

Overview
Support identification, coordination, and management of stakeholders for master planning, buildings, and infrastructure projects during design.
Implement stakeholder engagement strategies and help incorporate stakeholder requirements into project deliverables.
Engage government bodies, local authorities, environmental agencies, utility providers, local interest groups, and other stakeholders.
Support timely acquisition of required NOCs, permits, and approvals.
Your Role
- Identify and maintain stakeholder registers.
- Support stakeholder engagement plans and regular stakeholder communication.
- Monitor requirements and identify project issues, risks, and constraints.
- Coordinate submissions, tracking, and follow-up for NOCs, permits, approvals, and related documents.
- Prepare progress reports, trackers, and status updates.
- Attend stakeholder meetings, workshops, and technical discussions.
- Capture stakeholder comments and communicate them to the design team.
- Liaise with internal disciplines to address stakeholder requirements in designs and deliverables.
- Support resolution and closure of stakeholder actions.
