Project Manager

We’re keen to engage with candidates currently working in a project management consultancy or client organisation, with a strong track record delivering building projects of similar scale and complexity.

Essential:

Experience in project management within the built environment

Proven experience delivering property/building projects from inception to completion

Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and delivery frameworks

Experience administering JCT (and/or NEC) contracts

Confident in a client-facing role, with the ability to build and maintain relationships

Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing stakeholders

Highly organised, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively

Desirable:

Professionally qualified (or working towards) RICS, APM, CIOB, or equivalent

Experience in both public and private sector projects

Strong commercial awareness, including fee management and financial reporting

Knowledge of construction market trends, procurement strategies, and emerging best practice

Experience contributing to business development and account growth
