Role Overview
The Stakeholder Engineer supports identification, coordination, and management of relationships with stakeholders for master planning, buildings, and infrastructure projects during design.
The role implements engagement strategies and helps incorporate stakeholder requirements into project deliverables.
Your Role
- Identify and maintain stakeholder registers for clients, government entities, local authorities, utility providers, local interest groups, and other relevant parties.
- Support stakeholder engagement plans and maintain regular communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor requirements and identify issues, risks, and constraints that may affect project delivery.
- Coordinate submissions, tracking, and follow-up for NOCs, permits, approvals, and stakeholder documentation.
- Prepare progress reports, trackers, and status updates for project teams and clients.
- Attend stakeholder meetings, workshops, and technical discussions and communicate comments to the design team.
- Liaise with internal disciplines to address stakeholder requirements in designs and deliverables.
- Support resolution of stakeholder comments and closure of stakeholder actions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or a related discipline.
