Atrium is seeking a high performing, sales driven Science Recruiter to manage a full 360 desk , including recruiting, account management, and new business development.

This role sits within a growing Science division with a strong client base and significant upside for individuals who consistently perform.

This is a production focused, quota ‑ carrying role where success is driven by business development, candidate recruitment, and relationship management.

• Manage full cycle recruiting for direct hire, contract, and contract-to-perm Science positions, including sourcing, screening, behavioral ‑ based interviews, and reference checks
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive Science talent through job boards, networking, referrals, and social platforms
• Grow and manage a target list of prospects through outbound sales efforts, referrals, cross selling, and targeted marketing campaigns
• Develop strong client relationships through onsite visits, client meetings, and approved business development activities
• Prepare candidates thoroughly for interviews and conduct post interview debriefs
• Maintain accurate and detailed candidate records, notes, and summaries
• Stay current on Science industry trends, hiring patterns, and competitive market conditions.
