The company operates in regulated, GMP-compliant manufacturing environments.
Position Overview
The Senior EHS Specialist manages environmental, health, and safety programs in a GMP-regulated manufacturing facility.
The role ensures regulatory compliance, safe work practices, sustainable operations, accurate reporting, and alignment with customer quality requirements.
Prior EHS experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing setting is required.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the site’s primary EHS authority and lead safety and environmental initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, OSHA, environmental, and fire safety requirements.
- Partner with Quality and Operations to align EHS programs with GMP and customer audit expectations.
- Manage sustainability and compliance platforms and validate required performance data.
- Develop EHS metrics and produce monthly and quarterly trend reports.
- Oversee utility usage and resource consumption reduction initiatives.
