Staff Software Engineer

Proactively meet peers in Engineering and Support, and set up your test and development environment.

Deeply understand the process for handling customer-reported issues and L3 Support escalations.

Successfully debug complex problems and develop high-quality solutions for customer-reported issues.

Proactively collaborate with other software development engineers for problem reproduction and resolution.

Begin contributing to the development and integration of UI components and REST-based web services alongside your team.

Consistently deliver quality code and independently handle complex L3 escalations, occasionally communicating directly with customers.

Serve as a reliable expert on the Feature team, sharing knowledge and demonstrating a commitment to continual learning.

Contribute to the improvement of unit tests and overall product quality to prevent future escalations.
