Specifications and Architecture

• Translate product requirements, business goals, and ambiguous problems into precise, structured, testable specifications.
• Drive scalable, performant, and reliable technical architecture for Workplace Service Delivery.
• Define data models, composable building blocks, and integration contracts for enterprise workflows.

AI Agent Engineering

• Decompose work into agent-sized tasks and direct AI coding agents across multiple files, services, and parallel workstreams.
• Maintain prompts, agent configurations, architectural records, glossaries, examples, and agent-readable documentation.
• Decide when to delegate implementation to an agent and when to implement directly.

Verification and Production Quality

• Build automated tests, evaluation suites, CI/CD quality gates, and least-privilege environments for trustworthy agent output.
• Evaluate code for correctness, specification adherence, security, performance, maintainability, and edge-case handling.
• Monitor production AI for hallucinations, drift, safety regressions, observability signals, and model-quality issues.

Team Leadership

• Mentor lead and senior engineers in AI-native fluency, architectural judgment, and verification practices.
• Collaborate with engineering managers, product managers, UX designers, and platform architects.
• Translate requirements and mockups into functional, accessible employee experiences.

Experience

• 10+ years designing and building scalable, reusable enterprise software products and components.
• Production experience with AI-native methods, agentic coding tools, AI-assisted workflows, or autonomous agent architectures.
• Experience in CRM, ITSM, workplace service delivery, or related workflow domains is preferred.

Technical Qualifications

• Proficiency with agentic systems, specification design, context engineering, verification harnesses, and measurable outcome evaluation.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, system design, testing, data modeling, and modern software development.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals, embeddings, LLM failure modes, prompt injection, data leakage, and tool-access governance.
• Experience with ServiceNow, multi-tenant SaaS, regulated enterprise systems, or REST, eventing, and data-federation integrations is advantageous.

General Qualifications

• The role typically requires a bachelor's degree with 8 years of related experience, a master's degree with 6 years, a PhD with 3 years, or equivalent experience.
• The role requires judgment in methods and evaluation criteria, cross-department problem solving, project leadership, and collaboration with contacts outside the immediate area.
