Staff Software Engineer - Healthcare Document Exchange & Hybrid Cloud

Required Qualifications

• · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• · 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 3+ years in a technical leadership or staff-level role.
• · Deep expertise in hybrid cloud architectures, including Azure and private data center deployments.
• · Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Python, or Java.
• · Extensive experience with document processing, fax protocols, and healthcare data formats (e.g., PDF, TIFF, HL7, FHIR).
• · Proven track record of delivering secure, compliant, and scalable systems in regulated industries.
• · Strong understanding of containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Bicep, Terraform).
• · Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• · Experience with Azure services such as Logic Apps, App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure Storage.
• · Familiarity with healthcare interoperability platforms and standards.
• · Background in modernizing legacy systems and leading cloud migration efforts.
• · Experience with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk).

Compensation Range

• $140,000 - $160,000
• Range can flux dependent on experience, education/training, etc.
