Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and roadmap for shipping and fulfillment, prioritized on merchant retention and contribution per shipment.
- Decide how each order is routed and priced.
- Raise delivery reliability.
- Build the integration layer that makes onboarding a new provider fast and keeps it stable once live.
- Extend the product past last-mile delivery.
- Decide which shipping capability is free and which is paid.
- Own the metrics with the data team.
Requirements
- Seven or more years in product management.
- Commercial fluency in shipment economics.
- Experience in inventory placement, warehousing, and logistics.
- Technical grounding in integrations.
- Experience as the single product owner for a dedicated engineering squad.
- Full professional fluency in Arabic and English.
