Role overview
The Staff Product Designer will work on LinkedIn Learning within Talent Enterprise.
The role helps professionals build skills and shapes large-scale, AI-powered enterprise experiences.
As an early member of the Bengaluru Learning design team, the designer will set the design vision and craft bar.
Responsibilities
- Communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale, and the user-centered design process.
- Create and deliver vision through cross-functional partnerships.
- Develop holistic solutions addressing business, brand, and user requirements.
- Work with web developers and engineers to deliver final products.
- Guide and mentor designers while setting craft and quality standards.
- Design consistent, efficient, and intuitive enterprise experiences across the platform.
- Partner with research, UX writing, product, engineering, and data science teams.
- Own complex, data-rich experiences end to end.
