About the Team
The AI Experience team builds platform capabilities that let customers define and configure intelligent agents to automate tasks and workflows.
The team works across AI research, engineering, and product development on user-centric automation and intelligent decision-making solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a full-stack engineering leader within the Conversational Interfaces team on an established production-scale platform.
- Raise backend and frontend architecture standards and create frameworks and patterns for engineers across Platform Engineering.
- Design scalable RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Build Java backend services with relational databases such as SQL.
- Develop and deploy microservices-based applications on Kubernetes.
- Integrate backend services with frontend systems.
- Create reusable component libraries, frameworks, and engineering tooling.
- Translate design systems and prototypes into scalable, accessible UI components.
- Mentor and influence engineers across teams.
Qualifications
- 12 or more years of software engineering experience building scalable, high-quality applications.
- Experience integrating AI into engineering processes, workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving.
