About The Work
Work with product managers, architects, and customers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design data models, tables, relationships, and access controls.
Develop reusable and scalable solutions while minimizing unnecessary customizations.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development and security standards.
Support application releases, upgrades, and deployments across development, test, and production environments.
Analyze production issues and provide root-cause analysis and fixes.
Create technical documentation and maintain development standards.
Stay current with ServiceNow platform capabilities and emerging technologies, including AI and automation.
Programming & Technical
Strong AI skills
Strong JavaScript skills
HTML/CSS and basic web development
REST and SOAP APIs
JSON/XML
SQL/database concepts
Git/source control
Debugging and troubleshooting
Understanding of SDLC and Agile development
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field .
