Responsibilities

  • THE ROLE: Partner with leadership and other members to manage the accounting activities. This includes strategic analysis for key customers, contract review, internal/external audit engagement, SOX compliance, month-end close and financial reporting. THE PERSON: The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a result driven approach, high sense of teamwork, ability to handle multiple topics at once, excellent communication skills, positive outlook, and the ability to speak up and make recommendations in a fast-moving environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Consolidate / Coordinate monthly and quarterly close and activities with finance team. Own exit call evaluation and variance analysis - Lead long term planning initiatives tied to AoP, LRP, HC planning - Key Finance stakeholder for contract reviews to SVPs and CEO. Own strategic deal analysis to influence decision making - Develop slide presentations and present to exec-level audience on financial results - Create and implement business mechanisms that are scalable to help the team make data-driven decisions. Able to identify manual processes and work with cross-functional teams to develop a better solution - Build rhythm of the business processes that help business leaders understand progress to goals as well as strategic insights to guide overall direction - Perform ad-hoc analysis proactively PERFERRED EXPEREINCE: - Strong Finance and/or accounting professional experience - Semiconductor, ODM, or high-tech industry experience with a focus on R&D and Supply Chain
