Staff Device Program Manager

Qualifications and Skills

• BS graduate in Computer or Electrical Engineering program or equivalent technical programs with minimum of 5 years related experience is desired
• Strong coordination, written and oral communication skills
• Ability to lead and work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Technically savvy with the ability to understand, test and troubleshoot end-to-end product functions involve HW, FW, Apps and Cloud
• Knowledge of battery technologies, HW design, bug tracking tools, and ability to read schematics and review PCB layout are essential
• Software development, programming and/or scripting experience is preferred
• Must be self-motivated and driven to achieve results
• Proactive in taking ownership of issues and driving to resolution
• Teamwork - This position requires a close working relationship with the extended teams and partners
• Ability to speak Mandarin is an asset
• The pay range for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries at commencement of employment and is expected to be between $130,000 – 175,000/year. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including location, role, job-related knowledge, skills, relevant education and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including bonus, equity, and a full range of benefits. Details of all benefits will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
